If you work at a warehouse or do anything involved with lifting or just working out this the supplement that you need to eat. This helps with feeling groggy in the morning, stress, tired,or even moody. I love taking seamoss cause it helps improve my skin and diet and it taste like flavor apple sauce lol definitely will be coming back lol

Initially, I started using this bar on my body because I have eczema. This was December 1st. Was a little fearful after my shower because my skin felt like it had been stripped of all oil and I thought that this would aggravate my eczema. I am truly impressed with this sea moss! Typically, I find the texture of sea moss unappealing and cannot consume it on its own, largely due to its strong oceanic flavor. However, this product exceeded my expectations. The texture is smooth, almost like applesauce, and it dissolves effortlessly. This will be the only sea moss I purchase going forward as the taste is outstanding and fruity, without the usual oceanic undertone.

Love to add this in my rotation to switch things up and get in some anthocyanins (powerful antioxidant also found in berries, cherries, blood oranges, etc). It does taste a little more like the sea than the fruit flavors but it’s pretty subtle to me. Great taste and great benefits all rolled into one.
